Country Haven Miramichi is a 3½ star, year-round outdoor adventure resort located on the riverbank of the world-famous Atlantic-salmon river, the Miramichi, located in central New Brunswick. While staying at Country Haven, guests can enjoy single-day or multi-day packages that include fly fishing for Atlantic Salmon (our specialty), using private fishing pools on the river. In winter, snowshoeing, tobogganing and cross-country skiing are available with cottage rentals. Each year, throughout the season, we offer special salmon-fishing packages. In 2016 these packages include 3 individual weeks of fly-casting clinics with world-class instructors from the U. K. and U. S. A.; a ladies fly-fishing week that will include daily single-handed casting lessons; and a "father and son" discount package. With all our packages, necessary equipment is provided.
