McIntyre’s Housekeeping Cottages is situated in Baddeck Inlet on beautiful Cape Breton Island offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Bras d’Or Lakes. Guests will find peace and tranquility in a secluded location, but we are just a five-minute drive to the village of Baddeck so close enough to everything you may need. Baddeck offers a variety of restaurants and cafés, unique shops, boardwalk, yacht club, tennis court and sailing tours of the Bras d’Or Lakes.  We are conveniently located to area attractions such as the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site and Bell Bay Golf Course. The village of Baddeck is the beginning and the end of the legendary Cabot Trail, one of the world’s most famous scenic drives with many historic communities and attractions along with way.   We are a perfect location for the many day trips you can take exploring our beautiful Island.

Our accommodations include 8 one- and two-bedroom air-conditioned guest units (King/Twin, Queen, pullout) in duplex cottages with a 4-piece bath, cable television, wireless Internet access, propane fireplace, kitchenette, covered private verandah and barbecue. Ramp access is available. Guest features include a fire pit, children’s play area and groomed snow trails. Smoking is restricted to the verandahs only. Pets are permitted in some units, at an additional charge. Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit are accepted.
