We are within walking distance to Pictou’s historic waterfront where you will find shops, pubs, restaurants, marinas, museums, as well as explore the Hector Heritage Quay and board the full-sized Ship Hector replica. Pictou is renowned as the “Birthplace of New Scotland” as the first Scottish immigrants landed here in 1773.   While staying with us spend the day at a nearby beach, such as Caribou Beach or Melmerby Beach and enjoy some of the warmest beaches north of the Carolinas.   Our accommodations include 15 motel units (King, Double; 13 housekeeping; 3 air-conditioned suites; most rooms air-conditioned), which include a 4-piece bath, cable television and cooling fans; one suite (K) has a corner whirlpool, DVD player, microwave and fridge. Our 13 seasonal guest cottages (Single, Double; 7 housekeeping), include a 3-piece (shower) or a 4-piece bath, cable television, and free wireless Internet access. Our new 2-bedroom wheelchair accessible unit is a high-end, air-conditioned suite, complete with luxury living room, kitchen and beautiful bathroom.A pay phone is also available.
