Full refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, washer/dryer, barbecue, picnic table, all utensils and cutlery, dishes, pots/pans, and plenty of parking. Guests may use the entire outdoor space for their enjoyment as well.
